Our 2021 Pride cocktail pays tribute to the incomparable star of the stage and screen, Liza Minnelli, with celebratory prosecco and a hint of apple.

Ingredients

  • 30ml NEFT Vodka
  • 45ml Aperol
  • 10ml Apple liquor
  • 2 dashes lemon bitters

Directions


  1. Stir in mixing glass with ice and strain into Collins glass over fresh ice
  2. Top with Prosecco
  3. Garnish with peeled apple and mint
